- Company Tools – Internal tools, frameworks, methods, or software used to provide services.
- Final Deliverables – Approved deliverables provided after full payment.
- Project – The scope of work described in the Agreement or proposal.
- Services – React JS development and related technical services provided by reactjsteam.com.
- Third-Party Materials – Tools or content owned by external providers.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered according to the milestones and scope set out in the Agreement. Professional judgment is applied, and commercially reasonable efforts are made to meet agreed objectives.
Proposals and Scope
Proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise. If not accepted within this period, we may revise, withdraw, or resubmit the proposal.
Fees, Costs, and Taxes
Unless agreed otherwise:
- Third-party costs are billed separately
- Approved expenses may be charged at cost
- Clients are responsible for applicable taxes related to the services
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within five (5) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may follow a milestone-based schedule as defined in the Agreement.
Scope Changes
All requests for changes must be submitted in writing.
Minor changes that do not materially affect timelines or pricing may be handled within the existing Agreement.
Material changes require a revised or supplemental agreement.
Proposals include an acceptance period of fourteen (14) working days unless otherwise specified.
Delays and Timing
Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials, or approvals from the client extend delivery timelines on a day-for-day basis.
Any delays on our side will be communicated promptly.
Events beyond reasonable control may extend timelines and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Review and Acceptance
Deliverables are internally reviewed before submission.
Clients have seven (7) working days to review and request revisions.
Approved changes are completed within a reasonable timeframe based on complexity and scope.
Client Obligations
Clients confirm that all provided materials are lawful, accurate, and ready for use.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients remain responsible for proofreading and final approvals.
Timely coordination with third parties is required where applicable.
Attribution and Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed, we may include a factual reference to completed work and display it in our portfolio. Neither party shall unreasonably prevent accurate and non-misleading references.
Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or lawfully obtained.
Relationship Between Parties
The parties act as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or exclusive relationship. Subcontractors may be used where appropriate, with responsibility retained by us.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable standards. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Rights to Work Product
After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Final Deliverables as agreed.
Company tools and underlying frameworks remain our property unless transferred in writing.
Restrictions on modification or derivative use apply where stated in the Agreement.
Support Services
Support or maintenance services are provided only if expressly agreed and may be billed separately. Any warranty does not apply to work modified by third parties.
Updates to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The version published on the website governs use, and continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
